Most intruder alarms that go off are false but some are not. Either way who would you want to be there to find out?
Alliance Mobile Security operates a Keyholding & Alarm response service for both commercial and residential properties. Our specially trained Officers will respond to alarm activations day or night, every day of the year.
An alarm response service can be used as part of a wider Security solution or as a stand-alone service to provide Security to your business or home and meet the guidance of ACPO.
This type of service has many advantages including:
Typically, we aim to have the service operational the following working day after a survey meeting
Dealing with the nuisance of false alarms so you, your friends, family or employees don't have to
Dealing with Alarm activations when you may not be able to e.g. if you're unable to drive through the consumption of alcohol or not local to your building
Dealing with alarm activations more quickly than you may be able to if, for example, you are at home, at work or away from the property for an extended period of time
Eliminating the threat of an untrained person putting themselves at risk from confronting an intruder who may still be on the premises.
Avoidance of 'next day' fatigue for employees who have had interrupted sleep. When a monitored intruder alarm is activated a signal is sent to an Alarm Receiving Centre who will then contact Alliance as the nominated Keyholders.
Responding to alarms:
Being notified to attend an alarm at anytime is an inconvenience. Alliance Mobile Security will take this away from you or your appointed person and respond efficiently and safely. Our response officer's welfare when reacting to a situation or on patrol is paramount and this is reflected in our continued planning and investment with regards to our officers Health & Safety.
To undertake their role Alliance Mobile Officers use the following equipment and systems;

- a hardwired monitored panic alarm & lone worker count down timer
- Enigma Real time Satellite tracking
- 24hr recording CCTV
Uniform
- Hi-visibility Anoraks
- Steele toe capped shoes
- Skyguard person GPS tracking and control room support
- Safety vests
- Leading security industry torches
Systems
- Regular welfare check calls
- Deister patrol management system
Alliance operates on a 24-hour basis therefore we are always ready and equipped to respond to an alarm notification. With our fleet of vehicles being real time tracked we are able to provide a faster response to alarm activations through dispatch of the closest resource whilst providing Quality Assurance in the service we provide.
Where necessary, we operate a list of approved suppliers that we can call upon on a 24-hour basis to help secure your property and minimise the risk of further damage in the event of an incident. Where you have your own contractors, we would be happy to include their details in your property specific assignment instruction and call upon them when needed.
Alliance Mobile Security holds SIA approved contractor status for the provision of keyholding services.
SafeContractor inspects Alliance Mobile Security for safe systems of work.
All Security personnel are vetted in accordance with BS 7858:2006 +a2:2009 and are licensed in the regulated environment in accordance with the Private Security Industry Act, 2001.
CCAS inspects Alliance Mobile Security for BS 7984:2008 for keyholding and alarm response services.
