Why use Alliance Mobile Security?
First and foremost, we are proud to have a capable and confident team of managers whose sole focus is to setup, manage, train and deploy reactive security services to all our valued customers. Security patrol officers that we deploy are appropriately Sia licensed, trained and uniformed and all main frontline security vehicles are liveried.
Although a shared service, we only provide security services to parts of Surrey. Essentially, we cover no more than a 30 minute driving distance from Weybridge. This is part of our commitment to be able to react quickly when time is of the essence.

What sets Alliance Mobile Security apart?
We are primarily a keyholding/alarm response and security patrol company based and operating within a defined area of Surrey. As our services are limited to reactive security our managers and patrol officers are dedicated, focused and honed in on only delivering these types of services.
This is important as some security companies promote a wide range of security services from security guarding, door supervision, residential security teams along with keyholding/alarm response and security patrols. More often than not, all services are administrated and managed under the same management team.
Credible security companies will be able to present valid and in-date inspection certificates from well known inspection centres and awarding bodies. By doing so they support the security buyer with due diligence and confirming they should be provided with a quality assured service. In our case, we are able to present UKAS Product Conformity certificates for British Standards aswell as inspection certificates from IASME for our Cyber Protocols and SafeContractor for operating safe services.
However, the security buyer needs to be aware that although security companies may present the same or similar inspection certification we all operate and deliver services differently. By operating differently there will likely be a degree of financial variation. The security buyers due diligence should therefore include aspects of service delivery.
Some general examples that are likely to cause price disparity amongst security companies offering the same services:-
/ Hourly pay rates and salaries
Security companies paying the national minimum wage or slightly higher compared to other employers paying competitive or higher rates

Security companies buying in £1M, £2m or £5M of Public Liability Insurances compared against companies like Alliance that provides £10M PL insurance cover

To purchase Cyber Insurance you must be successfully audited to ensure insurance is set against a level of systems and processes to protect assets and data

Equipment
SECURITY PATROL VEHICLES
/All primary front line patrol vehicles are security liveried
/All primary front line security patrol vehicles are fitted with:-
-Cat 1 alarm and immobiliser
-Slam locks
-Front forward facing continual record vehicle based CCTV system
-All vehicle based CCTV can be 'live' remote viewed by Security Managers
-Two hard wired installed and independent methods of satellite tracking
-All satellite tracking systems can be remote viewed by Security Managers
-All security vehicles are monitored by an alarm receiving centre
-All security vehicles are fitted with independent smart charging systems
-Smart charging means equipment never has to return to base to recharge
-All security vehicles are fitted with bespoke charging ports for continual charge
-All security vehicles are retro fitted with visual alarms for door insecurities
/Along with all the primary security patrol vehicles being fully equipped as described we also have an identical security patrol vehicle as a spare.
SECURITY PATROL OFFICER EQUIPMENT
/All security patrol officers are equipped with:-
-A leading tablet housed in a rugged case
-Tablet is protected by in excess of a 6 digit screen locking code
-Tablet is protected by not holding any on-board data, all data is streamed
-Tablet is protected by unique user login after device screen lock
-Tablet is protected by user profile screen lock in addition to device screen lock
-Chargeable patrol torch boasting 400 lumen and range of 280m
-Dual sim rugged mobile phone on 2 independent phone networks
-PeopleSafe lone worker system
STORAGE OF KEYS
/All keys (key/card/fob) are held in the following manor:-
-On receipt of keys all premises identifying marks are removed
-Keys are securely looped onto a tamperproof padlock or cable
-Tamperproof padlock and cables only have number identifying marks
-Keys on a tamper proof device are placed within a zipped security pouch
-Security pouch is then zip fastened and locked with a unique security seal
-All seal breaks and new seals have their unique number recorded
-Security Patrol Officers have no access to key registers
-Key registers are only accessible by Security Managers
SECURITY UNIFORM
/Security patrol officers wear fit for purpose uniform
-Sia licence will be on display
-Company identification badge will be on display
-Safety footwear is issued
-Black trousers are multi-pocket cargo style & hard wearing for outside patrols
-White long sleeve shirts are standard
-Tie is blue clip on with company logo
-Yellow hi-visibility reflective vest with security printing
-Yellow hi-visibility reflective jacket with security printing
Software
ENCRYPTED APPLICATION
/The primary software used by security operatives and customers is a 256bit encrypted end to end application with full auditing capabilities.
-The encrypted application provides full search capability to the user, as well as making the data available offline but still stored within the encrypted environment. Very useful for premises and areas that have no mobile signal.
PASSWORD SERVICE
-The Company subscribes to a leading password service to access user profiles.
-The password service is protected by device pinning and two factor authentication. This means that users can only access their profiles from company assets and with a continually changing two factor code. The authentication code is only held by the Company.
-A password service protects the user and the Company from anyone knowing passwords for software and applications. This also has the added security of password protected items not being limited by a short user entered password and instead is secured and protected by unique passwords exceeding 25 special characters.
ATTENDANCE/INCIDENT REPORTING SOFTWARE
-The Company subscribes to a mobile reporting platform
-Security patrol officers are trained in the use of the reporting software that provide a default report or can be customised for the customer
-Default reports can include text and photos and upto 8 emails supplied by the customer.
-Customised reports can include text, photos and GPS co-ordinates. The landing page of the captured information can be on your own form (Word Document) or we can create a template. Customers are not limited by 8 email addresses.
PEOPLESAFE
-The Company subscribes to a leading lone worker safe system for all security patrol officers and managers
- Peoplesafe has its own control room which monitors our security patrol officers and acts on our overt or covert notifications
-Peoplesafe has the ability to react by our officers activating the service manually or by automation. Automated activation is where a security operative sets a timer and if no communication is received by the control from the security operative by expiration of timer then the control room expedites the emergency escalation process.
