Keyholding and Alarm Response

From commercial properties to residential homes and outbuildings.  If the premises has an intruder, fire or other alarm which is monitored by an alarm receiving centre or transmits a recorded message over a telephone line then we are able to receive and act on that call.

For residential properties that have installed alarm systems. We understand that home owners or professional tenants may not want to ask friends, family or work colleagues to be permanently on call day, night and weekends.  In addition to the keyholder responsibility of receiving the notification call and being able to attend the property, you do not know what has happened and what your keyholder will be greeted with on arrival.

Business owners with premises monitored by alarm systems.  We understand that you possibly do have staff that can be incorporated into a roster of call outs however by doing so they may be placed at risk.  In addition to being placed at risk the job they are employed to do may suffer due to attending an alarm calls out of hours.

Being notified to attend an alarm at anytime is an inconvenience. Alliance Mobile Security will take this away from you or your appointed person and respond efficiently and safely. Our security patrol officers welfare when reacting to a situation or on patrol is paramount and this is reflected in our continued planning and investment with regards to our officers Health & Safety.

To hold address, verification information and keys in the event of lockout.

Does not include holding of property instructions for alarm response.

Accompanied Response:

To attend a premises and accompany the keyholder in and around the building.

Does not include holding of building keys or property instructions

External Security Patrols

If you are a home owner or Company that requires the additional peace of mind that your premises is being checked overnight or during the weekend then a security patrol service should be considered.

For homes, we could check all ground floor safe and accessible doors and windows and visually check all upper floor windows.

Post and packages that are left outside can be brought in to your home or stored elsewhere on the grounds. Doors and windows that are found insecure can be made secure.

For commercial properties that operate a system whereby the last member of staff locks the building.  We can externally patrol the building checking safe and accessible ground floor doors and windows and correcting any lockup errors.

The external patrol service can be enhanced to include an internal security patrol.

Typical patrol service would consist of an external patrol of the:-

  • verge or fence line
  • the grounds of the premises including sheds/garages
  • safe & accessible ground floor doors and windows
  • visual check of all upper floor windows
  • car park

The following tasks can be added on:-

  • residential bins in/out
  • post moved from postbox to other location

Internal Security Patrol

Once a full external patrol has been completed:-

  • The property is entered and the alarm unset

Typically for homes, the internal patrol would consist of :-

  • Post in
  • Check of all rooms for obvious signs of maintenance defects
  • Visual check consists of floor, walls and ceilings
  • Other checks or tasks can be mutually agreed such as;
  • meter readings, plant watering, cat feeding
  • Set the alarm, depart locking designated entrance

  • Check the fire panel for alerts or faults
  • Call the lift (if present) to ensure it is empty
  • Check all floor toilets and kitchens
  • Check work areas
  • Set the alarm, depart locking designated entrance
